Daily Stand-up Dysfunctions

Agile Ottawa this week had a great group come out to talk about the Daily Stand-up. The discussion covered structure/format, purpose, and surprisingly a great deal on the dysfunctions. Or, maybe it is not so surprising! In my time coaching and working with teams, what sounds like the simplest of meetings often has the most problems of any of the Agile meetings.
